ARaymond opens new facility in Sallent, Spain

The new site in Sallent succeeds the company's previous facility in Sant Fruitos de Bages and marks a new chapter in its long-standing local presence. It has been designed to support future growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen service to customers across Spain and Europe.

Built on a 47,500 m2 plot, the facility includes 9,000 m2 of production space, 2,000 m2 of office space, and employs around 150 people. Sustainability was a key consideration in the building's design, incorporating rainwater harvesting, improved insulation, energy recovery, and heat reuse systems. It has also been designed according to advanced industrial safety criteria and is expected to obtain LEED certification.

"We are proud to celebrate this milestone together with our employees, their families, and the community that has supported us throughout this journey."

Institutional and regional stakeholders, including representatives from the municipalities of Sallent and Sant Fruitos de Bages, the Bages Chamber of Commerce, and members of the ARaymond leadership team, gathered alongside employees to celebrate the inauguration and recognize the collective effort behind the transition.

The opening included a Family Day, giving employees and their families the opportunity to explore the new facility through guided tours and a shared lunch.
