With the European Innovation Tour 2025, ARNOLD UMFORMTECHNIK says it has set a new benchmark for customer-centric communication in the B2B environment. In just 16 days, the strikingly branded trade fair truck toured nine European countries and visited selected customer locations - directly where an intensive exchange about current challenges and solutions is particularly effective.
The tour was far more than just a mobile product show: It underlines the company's strategic focus on consistently placing its customers at the centre and promoting direct dialogue at eye level.

Under the motto "Fastening the Challenges of Tomorrow", the ARNOLD expert teams presented forward-looking solutions from four central and future-relevant subject areas: tightness as a systemic development approach; lightweight construction with Flowform / Flowform Plus; electrical contact fittings - focus on creep behaviour with copper; and cost-optimised multifunctional parts with Conform.
The focus was not only on the technical solutions, but above all on the personal exchange with customers. The expert teams on site not only provided in-depth insights into pioneering technologies, but also opened up space for open dialog about industry-specific challenges. The direct presence of the team and the individual approach created a trusting atmosphere for discussions
The feedback on the roadshow was consistently positive. Visitors particularly praised the technical quality of the content, the relevance of the solutions presented and the opportunity for open discussion.
