Bonding for a greener tomorrow

Throughout the summer, across the world we celebrate various environmental days: World Environment Day, World Rainforest Day and World Nature Conservation Day. In honour of these and alongside a host of other sustainability actions, TECHSiL will be planting a tree on behalf of all customers who place orders via its website during June and July.

TECHSiL is committed to delivering value responsibly and playing its part to create a more sustainable future. This tree planting program is a step towards this - an investment in climate positive action.

TECHSiL will be working with Ecologi, which supports projects which benefit local people, nature, restore habitats and support local livelihoods, with reforestation projects from the UK to Australia to Senegal and the Appalachians.

Planting trees helps to mitigate climate change, support biodiversity and improve human health and happiness. The conservation and restoration of forests helps to absorb carbon from the atmosphere; this natural carbon absorption is better than any man-made removal solution.

Trees also provide habitats, food, and shelter to wildlife and local communities and can help to purify the air and water sources- improving the health of locals.
