Chemique Adhesives makes two new appointments

Chemique Adhesives is pleased to announce the appointments of Keith Barry as technical manager and William Lewendon to the role of technical service manager.

Keith brings a wealth of experience to the role having accrued over 20 years’ experience in research and development laboratories and joined the Chemique team in 2019 as technical services manager.

As technical manager, Keith will be responsible for designing and developing new products, dealing with customer technical requests as well as implementing the companies’ management plan and strategy within the technical department.

He will continue his hands-on approach, enhancing our technical support capability and helping to assist customers with their adhesive requirements whilst achieving the best possible results. William, meanwhile, has over 10 years’ experience in the chemical industry, most recently having worked as a research and development chemist for a leading UK manufacturer of sealants where his work specialised in the formulation, manufacturing and regulation of products including CE and UKCA marking.

William will be responsible for providing technical service across both internal and external teams in areas such as product specifications, production techniques and problem solving. The role will involve leading product modification projects, liaising internally to resolve non-compliance and quality issues as well as visiting customer sites to provide demonstrations and training.
