Stanvac electrodes from Weldability SIF are built to meet the needs of both industrial and commercial welding, covering everything from general fabrication to more demanding tasks like stainless steel and hard-facing applications.
Manufactured under strict ISO 9001:2015 quality control, Stanvac electrodes deliver reliable arc performance, strong weld integrity, and consistent results across the full range of working conditions.
Built for jobs big and small, with performance you can rely on at a price that makes sense, the Stanvac electrode range covers everything from general fabrication to specialist applications.
6013 - general purpose: Rutile electrode ideal for all-position welding of mild and low alloy steel. Easy striking, stable arc.
7018 - low hydrogen: High-strength iron powder electrode. Low hydrogen diffusible content for crack-resistant, high-integrity welds.
Stainless steel: Full range of austenitic stainless grades. 1.5mm to 4.0mm in vacuum-packed 2kg packs to protect quality.
Specialist grades: HF-600 for extreme wear resistance. Cast Ni for crack-sensitive grey and ductile iron repair work.
