SD Products has announced an exciting new partnership with King Slide, Taiwan’s leading furniture hardware manufacturer. With over 30 years of experience in their industry sector King Slide has earned a strong reputation and trust among leading tech companies as well as high-end home furniture and appliance brands.
King Slide’s impressive track record and commitment to driving innovation through outstanding designs that are more user-friendly, safe and convenient for the customer aligns perfectly with SD Products’ core values.
King Slide Works was founded in 1986 as a manufacturer of furniture hardware. Building on its foundation in progressive stamping and surface treatment technology, the company has developed an integrated design capability through consolidating the designs of tooling, equipment, and mechanical products. These capabilities enabled it to produce top-quality products with ergonomic designs that led King Slide to become a prominent OBM as well as a designated supplier for many companies around the world.
As the official UK distributor for King Slide, SD Products is very excited about the opportunities this collaboration brings. The company is eager to introduce new ranges of world-class furniture hardware to new and existing customers.
SD Products’ first range of King Slide products is SIMLEAD – an elegant all-mechanical drawer system with 13mm metal walls and full extension. It offers hands-free drawer opening with just a light touch, especially when your hands are busy. The drawer opens with a gentle ejection force and stops softly if it hits an object. To extend the drawer, simply touch again to slide out.
With switchable push-to-open design you can easily change from a dual-function setting with push open and soft close to a soft close only setting at a flip of a switch.
Front panel alignment can be precisely done with built-in mechanisms, with adjustment including:
The built-in locking devices simplify installation: place the metal box onto the slides and push to close to complete the installation; press the locking devices to lift and remove the drawer.
