Techsil offers bespoke form-in-place-foam-gasket sealants

Using a single-component liquid polyurethane foam sealing system and machine technology, Techsil says its gasketing service is the economical and reliable solution for replacing labour intensive peel and stick gasket applications.

Techsil strives to deliver high specification seals through its solution-led approach to projects, and now has experience in the automotive, marine, telecoms, lighting, construction and electronic markets, to name a few.

The company’s robotically applied solution is available in heat cure or moisture cure depending on the complexities of the application. Techsil is able to offer IP rating up to IP69 and market approved NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) in bespoke bead size widths from 1.6mm to 20mm with variable shore hardnesses. Low temperature and rapid heat cure options are also available.
